He started his theatre career in 1993, in the school theatre group “Tarumba”, directed by Ánxeles Cuña. When he started his university studies he kept in contact with the scene in the University Theatre Classes in Ourense, “Maricastaña”, directed by Fernando Dacosta, where he took part in shows such as “Hamlet”, “O país das últimas cousas”, or “Conto de Inverno”. Five years later, in 2000, he went on to form part of Sarabela Teatro, in the show “O lapis do carpinteiro”, by Manuel Rivas, and since then he has taken part in all the company's shows. He continued his learning with experts such as Vicente Fuentes (RESAD), Norman Taylor (Escola Lecoq), Antón Valén (Cirque du Soleil), Isabel Úbeda (Odin Teatro), and Antonio Fava (Commedia dell´arte), among others. He combines his work as an actor with teaching and direction, being awarded in 2007 the national award “Buero” in Young people theatre to the best scene direction.
