I was born in Ourense on 16th December 1974 in Rúa Pedreira, n.5, Seixalbo, Ourense.
I graduated in Galician-Portuguese Philology and in Romanic Philology in the USC.

While I was at university, I did a post-graduate course: Course of Specialisation in Dramatic Art: Theory and Practice of Interpretation, at the USC. and also CAP (Course for Pedagogic Adaptation).
Then I did courses to continue learning: voice, body… at the Theatre Classes in Ourense I practised comedy, clown…

I published some teaching units of theatre texts: teaching unit on a show by CDG A cabana de Babaiagá; teaching unit for the Show Auditorium of Galicia Historia dun soldado; teaching unit of A viaxe de Efi, by La Imagina Machina; teaching unit of Cristovo e as marabillas, by Sarabela Teatro.

I started practising theatre with Sarabela, firstly as direction assistant, in shows such as O lapis do carpinteiro, Sexismunda and a Conxura dos necios. then as actress in Así que pasen cinco anos, Caricias, O Heroe, Macbeth,of which I also did the translation.

At present I am also working on the play Margar no pazo do tempo by Sarabela Teatro.

I combine my work with Sarabela with activities of La Imagina Maquina, in the play A viaxe de Efi.

I also tell stories for the editorial Galaxia and the Education Council of Ourense.
